Shipping policy
⚠️ United States customers — please read before ordering: Since the U.S. ended its duty-free threshold for small parcels, every order shipped from Canada to the United States may be charged import duties, tariffs and courier brokerage fees at delivery (often collected by UPS as a COD charge before the package is released). These fees are set by U.S. Customs, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, are not collected by VixenCrystals, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refused packages are returned to us; once received, we refund the order minus any return or brokerage fees charged to us by the carrier.
We offer shipping to all around the world for all of our products. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on the product and shipping location.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping can also be free depending if your purchase surpasses a certain amount. You can see the shipping rates for your order during checkout. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, but is usually between 4 and 10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is typically between 1 and 3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either refund or replace your order, depending on the circumstances.
International Orders — Import Duties, VAT and Customs Fees: For orders shipped outside Canada, please note that your country may charge import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, are calculated based on the declared value of your order, and are the responsibility of the recipient. VixenCrystals is a Canadian brand and cannot estimate or prepay these charges — they will be collected by the courier at delivery. Please check with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. This applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, and all other international destinations.
Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
